You apply through AIG career portal. Here you let us know who you are, why you would like to work at AIG and what appeals to you in the role.
The first contact takes place with our business. You are invited for an interview. Depending on the role, you will have your first meeting with your future manager or one of our Human Resource representants.
After the first meeting, there are probably still many questions. A follow-up meeting (or several) might take place.
Once we have reached an agreement, you will be receiving a proposal from AIG. For any questions on the proposal, please contact the HR representant.
After we have received the result of a screening, including a background check, and the agreement and your start date has been cleared, you will receive the final contract to sign.
Just before you start at AIG, the onboarding process has started. Human Resource team has put together a guide with all the steps we go through together to ensure you have a successful landing in our organization, which you will manage together with your manager, colleagues and buddy representative.
