To provide a fast and efficient service we kindly ask you to submit

  • Policy number
  • Copy of travel documentation/ticket
  • Description of the loss event that occurred

All costs must be supported by receipts, medical certificates or the equivalent. Theft, burglary, loss of property and robbery must be supported by a police report.

Delayed trip or baggage must be appropriately certified be the carrier, e.g. a P.I.R report. All costs must be supported by receipts, medical certificates or the equivalent.
